We have been working with East Sussex boutique winery Fox & Fox since 2016. This outstanding small house makes Champagne method British fizz unlike any other. Recently awarded 96/100 points by Decanter, Fox & Fox returns for a tasting evening with each glass matched by a platter of our exquisite food.

Jonica and Gerard Fox, the brains behind the cult brand, make top notch sparkling wines from two small, south facing vineyards just south of the village of Mayfield in East Sussex. When we first tasted their Expression Saigné we were blown away. Here was a savoury, Pinot Noir scented pink Champagne of great elegance and character which complemented almost any food – savoury and sweet.

Committed to producing small scale, terroir wines for connoisseurs, Fox & Fox make high quality wines with strong profiles and this event has been created to showcase just how good the best of British sparkling wine is.

We are found at the very end of Purbeck Road (off Hills Rd by the sixth form centre) where you turn left by Abbey college and then carry straight on for about 60m to the white awnings you will see ahead.

Please note that there is very limited parking on site. We recommend the multi storey at the Leisure Centre less than 10min walk away or the Babraham Park & Ride which stops on Hills Road, very close to Purbeck Rd.
