We hand make everything daily, including our breads.We source from small, local and organic producers including Audley End organic kitchen gardens, Croxton Park Organic Estate and Radwinter Wild Game.

Sourdough

We bake our sourdough using organic white and rye flour from Fosters windmill at Swaffham Prior, between Cambridge and Newmarket. Any two accompaniments included. Additional toppings 2.25 each
  • 2 Bury St Edmunds, truly free range eggs; scrambled, poached or fried
  • Smoked salmon
  • Avocado (comes with a smattering of fresh red chilli. Please tell us if you prefer it without)
  • Crispy Bacon
  • Baked vine tomatoes
  • Pan fried mushrooms
  • Hummus (sometimes we make it the classic way with chick peas, sometimes we use local beet or pumpkin. Just ask)
