Team members

Our team are passionate and professionally trained. They bring an abundance of knowledge and culinary influences to Cambridge Cookery – resulting in our varied and authentic menus and culinary experiences.

Tine Roche

Tine Roche was brought up in Copenhagen and Stockholm. Her main culinary influences are Scandinavian and Italian food, having spent a lot of time in Italy. Tine trained at Leiths and worked as a trend analyst for large food brands. She founded Cambridge Cookery School in 2008.


All of the teachers of our hands-on culinary experiences are Cordon Bleu or Leith’s trained, professional chefs. Friendly, helpful and full of passion about what they do, they will ensure that you get the most of your class, have a great experience and take away a wealth of new skills and knowledge.

Front of house

Our front of house team are a wonderful group of passionate people who go out of their way to welcome our guests. They have among them a wealth of skills including singing, song-writing and dancing.
