Having quickly become one of our most popular classes, this class addresses what we all want – quick, yet healthy and delicious every day food suitable for households of any size.

With all due respect to the inspirational Mr Oliver, turning out healthy, delicious family suppers in 15 minutes can seem like an impossible feat. Most of the chefs in our team are busy working parents. Despite professional skills, few have much time – or energy – to spend on cooking at home. In this class we share 7 of bullet-proof favourites, made-from scratch in 15-minutes as well as a couple of ultra quick, yet indulgent, desserts.

Most of the recipes containing animal protein are also presented as vegetarian and both will be cooked during the class to facilitate different family preferences.
The recipes appeal to younger cooks and encourage shared cooking at home.

Asian wok with mince chicken or quorn

Chipolatas with roasted apples & horse radish mash
Haloumi Burgers
Chicken/Aubergine Parmigiana, sautéd garlic greens

Banana and peanut butter ice cream with chocolate sauce

Yoghurt and fresh raspberry Crème Caramel

We start with coffee and cake from our next door café and finish off with lunch and wine from our spectacular Italian wineries.

We are found at the very end of Purbeck Road (off Hills Rd by the sixth form centre) where you turn left by Abbey college and then carry straight on for about 60m to the white awnings you will see ahead.

Please note that there is very limited parking on site. We recommend the multi storey at the Leisure Centre less than 10min walk away or the Babraham Park & Ride which stops on Hills Road, very close to Purbeck Rd.
