With all due respect to the inspirational Mr Oliver, turning out healthy, delicious family suppers in 15 minutes can seem like an impossible feat. Most of the chefs in our team are busy working parents. Despite professional skills, few have much time – or energy – to spend on cooking at home. In this class we share 7 of bullet-proof favourites, made-from scratch in 15-minutes as well as a couple of ultra quick, yet indulgent, desserts.
Most of the recipes containing animal protein are also presented as vegetarian and both will be cooked during the class to facilitate family preferences.
All recipes suit younger cooks to encourage shared cooking at home

Herb crusted lamb chops, speedy Dauphinoise potatoes, green beans

Yoghurt and fresh raspberry Crème Caramel
We start with coffee and cake from our next door café and finish off with lunch and wine from our spectacular Italian wineries.
