Afternoon Tease Cakes!

We are very excited to have legendary cake baker Jo Kruczynska, of Afternoon Tease fame, join our group of amazing teachers, chefs and bakers.

Jo’s cakes created queues down King Street, where her small café resided for 4 years. After the sale of her business, Jo has joined our ranks as part of her freelancing and pop-up activities and is baking cakes for our counter every weekend.

In addition, Jo has agreed to share her baking secrets in a class which includes many of her signature bakes. During this wonderful class, Jo will guide you through baking, icing and decorating including butter cream icing, cream cheese icing.

Classic Sponge – options on the day to make lemon & almond, orange drizzle etc iced with milk or dark chocolate

Cheese Scones 

The class starts mid morning, and we welcome those who attend to arrive early and try our legendary Brunch, served from 9am, and finishes mid afternoon. We include a light lunch with wine, to stop guests from ending up in a sugar high!
