Easter Fun - Curries for Kids - a vegetarian foray into all things spicy

Making spice mixes and pastes from scratch is a great way to introduce children’s knowledge of spices, flavours, aromas and how to season food.

We use the bases to make a lovely chickpea & tomato curry, a sweet Potato and carrot Tagine, a Laksa and a flat bread which is baked in a pan on the hob.

The class finishes with a quick communal lunch, and any leftovers will be sent home in doggie bags.

Waiting parents are welcome to realax in our café and Bistro, which offers a glimpse of the action, as well as delicious home made pastries and lunch dishes.

Parents can enjoy coffee, Brunch and lunch in our café.

We are found at the very end of Purbeck Road (off Hills Rd by the sixth form centre) where you turn left by Abbey college and then carry straight on for about 60m to the white awnings you will see ahead.

Please note that there is very limited parking on site. We recommend the multi storey at the Leisure Centre less than 10min walk away or the Babraham Park & Ride which stops on Hills Road, very close to Purbeck Rd.
