Launched in 2015, the Safari remains one of our most popular concepts. Fully hands on but less formal than our other classes and offering a supper club vibe, the Food Safari can be taken as a whole or in 4 single legs.
No need to worry about monsoon season, Malaria or travel insurance – the Cookery school is rain and storm proof as well as insect free.
This series, which runs on Thursday nights, takes you on a whistle-stop tour of the gourmet hotspots of the world giving you the chance to create delicious dishes using vibrant ingredients, while meeting likeminded cooks and chilling out with a beer or glass of wine in hand.

We will be travelling eastward and our first stop is SE Asia. Join a core group for the entire journey and benefit from our frequent traveller’s discount or come along for individual destinations.
You don’t need to pack for this. We supply absolutely everything, from aprons and ingredients to printed recipe packs.
The journey ends with a communal meal with wine.
We have some parking on site.
