If you love exploring food from around the world then join our trip and come along to cook and eat with likeminded people. This series of classes takes you on a whistle-stop tour of the gourmet hotspots of the world giving you the chance to create authentic dishes using vibrant and exotic ingredients.
This third stop around the world takes us to Central America for some seriously zingy flavours! Beer and/or welcome Fizz as well as wine with the food included.

You don’t need to pack for this. We supply absolutely everything, from aprons and ingredients to printed recipe packs.
The journey ends with a communal meal with wine.
