Based in Bologna, Filippo specialises in the wines and food culture of Emilia-Romagna and loves sharing the stories, traditions and characters behind the bottles.
During this tasting, we will taste six different wines and discovering just how much variety can be found within one region. From lively traditional sparkling wines to fresh and structured whites, elegant Sangiovese and a wonderfully sweet finale, there will be plenty of surprises along the way.
