We make perfect pasta dough and how to create different shapes of pasta and classic summer accompaniments such as Broccoli with garlic and chilli or fresh tomato & basil sauce.
Whilst it is possible to go through life without knowing how to make a perfect Risotto – rather than a stodgy lump of rice – how much better to master this wonderful, dish with aplomb! This version is a light early summer Risotto.
We will also make those snazzy bias-cut Biscotti loved by old and young which will be bagged up and brought home.
We are found at the very end of Purbeck Road (off Hills Rd by the sixth form centre) where you turn left by Abbey college and then carry straight on for about 60m to the white awnings you will see ahead.
