Half Term Fun - Pizza master class for Teens

A little master class covering Italian sour dough pizza bases and how to make great pizza at home.

Your teen will have an introduction to the magic of sour dough and use it to make perfect pizza dough, fresh tomato & basil sauce for “pizza rossa” as well as making “pizza bianca” for which me make hand made pesto. Teens will also learn how to shape perfect little dough balls.

Parents are warmly welcomed to start by having lunch with their teen before the class and to enjoy our free wi-fi, coffee and cakes while your teen attends the class.

We are found at the very end of Purbeck Road (off Hills Rd by the sixth form centre) where you turn left by Abbey college and then carry straight on for about 60m to the white awnings you will see ahead.

Please note that there is very limited parking on site. We recommend the multi storey at the Leisure Centre less than 10min walk away or the Babraham Park & Ride which stops on Hills Road, very close to Purbeck Rd.
