We are thrilled to welcome Monisha Bharadwaj to Cambridge Cookery school. Monisha is an award winning author, chef and food historian. The author of no less than 17 books, many of them award winning, Monisha regularly features on BBC TV as well as being a regular voice on BBC Radio 4 Food Programme. Monisha has taught at some of the UK’s most prestigious cookery schools, including Ashburton School, Bertinet Kitchen and Bourough Market.

In her Indian Breads Masterclass Monisha teaches how to knead dough for Indian breads, which is quite different from Western bread making, how to roll Chapatis, how to prepare tandoori naan in a domestic oven and how to master the technique for creating layered and stuffed beads. Recipes include Roti or Chappati, Naan, Mint Laccha and Garlic Paratha and a delicious vegetable curry to be enjoyed mopped up by all the delicious fresh bread.
