Indian chef Asia Bibi cooks outstandingly delicious food from her native Punjab and shares all the tips and hints for creating divine dishes straight from her mother’s and grand mother’s table such as letting onions thicken a sauce and skinning tomatoes by dropping them into a simmering sauce!
The class includes our usual welcome beer or prosecco and finishes with a sit down meal with wine or beer.

Punjabi Masala Chicken Curry – a slow cooked, intense curry full of fresh herbs and spice notes
Dal Makhani – a buttery lentil dish
Pakora Bhajis with mint Raita

Cachumber – finely chopped salsa made from tomato, onion, cucumber, lime and fresh herbs

The class will culminate in a shared meal with wine.
