Anybody who has had the good fortune to sample tapas in Madrid, Seville or San Sebastián; classic Paella in Valencia; a truly spectacular Tortilla or warm churros will no doubt start to salivate at the very thought. Spanish guest chef Estefania Led Ramos has designed this with a view to showcase food across the regions.
Allowing for seasonal changes in our local and organic supplies, this class will include a selection of the following dishes:
Gazpacho, Aubergine with honey, Piquillo peppers with Prawns, Tuna Marmitako and Crema Catalana.
