Wine should be sampled with food, not on its own or with baskets of stale bread!
Expert guidance on how to combine food and wine and the indulgence of sampling superb dishes from our kitchen with each glass of wine has proven an instant success and we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
The wines and food from the sun drenched southern region of Langedoc-Roussillon are not disssimilar to those of the Rhône, with Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan producing delicious full-bodied reds. White grape varieties include Picpoul and white vilification Carignan and Grenache.
Our wine and food events are informative as well as hugely sociable and totally different from other wine events.
