Susan has been teaching yoga for 15 years. She enjoys teaching to all ages and abilities in many different settings – including teaching primary school children and teenagers) and this class is open to all.
Susan believes that yoga enhances people’s lives and her teaching is fun and friendly. She weaves a relaxing, calming Mindfulness element through her classes which and act as a great stress relief.
