Michelin star chef Mark Poynton joins Cambridge Cookery. Following the huge success of Mark's autumn 2019 pop-ups he will be joining Cambridge Cookery Friday and Saturday evening. Mark will offer two distinctly different concepts: a choice of 3-course à la carte for £40 or 5 courses for £50 on Fridays and a tasting menu for £55 on Saturdays. With Mark running service in the open cookery school, we will offer that area as a 'chef’s table', in addition to seating in the Bistro. Guests will be able to watch Mark and his chefs at work in a relaxed and inspiring setting, with all dishes created right before their eyes.

Please note that Friday and Saturday evening dinner with Mark Poynton is payable upon booking. Once you have made your reservation online, you will be sent an invoice and asked to pay this within 24 hours, in order to secure your table. By making your reservation you agree to our cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours prior to your reservation time, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your reservation time, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund.
