We will greet you with a cold bottle of Cobra or Singha – or a glass of wine – as you walk through the door and then get down to making fairly complex spice pastes and mixtures.
We focus on 3 types of curry, each highlighting a specific style:
Indonesian beef Rendang – a very hot, slow cooked, dry curry with toasted spice at its centre.
Thai chicken Massaman curry – originating from Persia, with very different spices from the usual Thai, this is a fairly mild and warm coconut milk based curry with a complex dry spice paste at its core.
Yellow Dhal – the classic split pea curry made with a from scratch Masala spice mix
We will also cook perfect fool proof rice and mini Naan on the hob.
The many stages of prepping, roasting and pounding in each recipe means that we will not be ready to sit down before 9.30-9.45pm. We recommend that you do not arrive starving, even if we greet you with light snacks!

Full meal, drinks and recipe pack included.
We are found at the very end of Purbeck Road (off Hills Rd by the sixth form centre) where you turn left by Abbey college and then carry straight on for about 60m to the white awnings you will see ahead.
Please note that there is very limited parking on site. We recommend the multi storey at the Leisure Centre less than 10min walk away or the Babraham Park & Ride which stops on Hills Road, very close to Purbeck Rd.
