Closer to home, we are launching our English sparkling wine tours to Sussex in summer 2027. Owner Tine Roche, DipWSET, has for several years worked with Rathfinny, one of the leading producers of traditional method sparkling wine, and has contacts across the many producers behind the new wave of premium English sparkling wine on the beautiful south coast.
