Cookery classes for everyone
No matter your level of experience, age or particular area of interest, we are here to share our skills with you! We run classes and courses in a range of culinary traditions and themes, and we always teach in small groups. Our classes are always very hands-on, and very fun. Wine School
Our Wine School offers wine tastings, wine classes and social networking focused on wine, with sessions taught by WSET qualified wine experts. The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) offers one of the most prestigious wine qualifications in the world and we are honored to share this expertise with you. Sicilian blood oranges are only here for a few weeks. Easy to peel as thick skinned, delicious in smoothies, cakes and on steel cut oats with a dollop of Kefir - we love the dairy products from The Collective. Higher in acidity and more aromatic than other oranges they are a fantastic match for salty blue or yew’s cheeses, bitter leaves and fatty protein like duck.
