If you love exploring food from around the world then join our trip and come along to cook and eat with likeminded people. This series of classes takes you on a whistle-stop tour of the gourmet hotspots of the world giving you the chance to create authentic dishes using vibrant and exotic ingredients.
This second stop around the world takes us to North Africa and the Middle East. Beer and/or welcome Fizz as well as wine wth the food included.

Flat bread with za’atar
Roasted butternut squash, tahini & cumin dip
Chicken, Harissa, lemon, raisins
Roast sweet potato, figs, chilli, pomegranate
Rosewater and Berry Fool
You don’t need to pack for this. We supply absolutely everything, from aprons and ingredients to printed recipe packs.
The journey ends with a communal meal with wine.
We are found at the very end of Purbeck Road (off Hills Rd by the sixth form centre) where you turn left by Abbey college and then carry straight on for about 60m to the white awnings you will see ahead.
We have some parking on site during evenings, right by our front door.
