Easter fun for Parents and Children: Cooking Curries

Who doesn’t like a curry – especially one that is home made from scratch!

For this fragrant class we will work together on making a fairly simple Laksa, a slightly more complex Dhal and a full-on hand pounded and dry roasted spice mix for the delicious Massaman curry.

Dhal – from scratch, including the curry paste

Massaman Chicken Curry –  a complex, delicious curry using a fresh paste

Sweet Potato Laksa 

We finish with a communal lunch!

We are found at the very end of Purbeck Road (off Hills Rd by the sixth form centre) where you turn left by Abbey college and then carry straight on for about 60m to the white awnings you will see ahead.

Please note that there is limited parking on site. We recommend the multi storey at the Leisure Centre less than 10min walk away or the Babraham Park & Ride which stops on Hills Road, very close to Purbeck Rd.
