Half term fun for Teens - Kitchen confidence

Whether your teen is already spending time in the kitchen or displaying a worrisome lack of interest in meal preparations, this class has been designed to motivate and inspire young cooks. Our chefs talk professional kitchen tips and introduce key skills for healthy and independent cooking. The class includes

Basic knife skills

Organisation and timing

How to oven bake sea bass fillets 

How to make a vinaigrette and fall in love with green salads

How to roast a chicken & Mediterranean style vegetables 

How to bake a simple and delicious sponge cake with berries

How to make panna cotta 

Full recipe packs included; cake to take home, fish, chicken and dessert to be eaten at the end of class

We are found at the very end of Purbeck Road (off Hills Rd by the sixth form centre) where you turn left by Abbey college and then carry straight on for about 60m to the white awnings you will see ahead.

CANCELLATIONS: 72h prior to class to move to a future date and 7 days for a full refund
