Since Michelin starred chef Mark Poynton joined us in January we have seen bookings for his Friday and Saturday Restaurant here go through the roof. Mark cooks and runs service in the open cookery school, offering guests a very relaxed and convivial Chef’s Table experience.
We are now offering a small series of Master classes with Mark.
Join him, and a small group of likeminded guests, in the kitchen for an evening of hands on cooking and insights into how a chef of this calibre plans menus, creates his award winning food and how he uses various techniques. At the end of the cooking session, Mark will sit down around the table for a gourmet meal with wines chosen by Mark.
