Following 2 years of sell-out curry classes, we are pleased to introduce a new class with inimitable chef Monisha Bharadwaj .
Monisha is an award winning author, chef and food historian. The author of no less than 17 books, many of them award winning, Monisha regularly features on BBC TV as well as being a regular voice on BBC Radio 4 Food Programme. Monisha has taught at some of the UK’s most prestigious cookery schools, including the Food Studio at Fortnum & Mason, Ashburton School, Bertinet Kitchen and Bourough Market.
If you are a fan of your local takeaway but wish it was healthier and fresher in taste, this hands on class is for you! You will never need to open another jar of curry paste or walk to your local Indian again, as you will learn to cook deliciously easy curry favourites, some in a matter of minutes, from scratch in your own kitchen.
Typical Recipes include:
- Pulao Rice with cumin
- Murgh Makhani aka Butter Chicken
- Saag Paneer aka Spinach and Paneer curry
- Lamb Roganjosh
- Aloo Gobi aka Spiced Potato and Cauliflower
