In Sweden, the 13th of December is the festival of Lucia, casting light, warmth, and home baked saffron buns!
In this one off master class, Cookery School founder Tine Roche shares some of her best loved recipes from her childhood in Copenhagen and Stockholm. These include
Rye crisp bread and, of course, the traditional S-shaped “Lussekatter” as well as savoury recipes for a salmon & potato bake, Jansson’s Temptation and gorgeous Beet root cured Gravad lax.
Spaces on this class are limited and the class culminates in a sit down, candle lit lunch.
