Seasonal Italian - Autunno

Our seasonal Italian classes bring sheer joy. With our deep knowledge if Italy and Italian food, these classes effortlessly breezes though hand made pasta, classic sauces, daily bread, main courses epitomising the essence of Italian food and delicious desserts.

We admit that our mouths watered when we designed this autumn menu based on food memories from our home away from home in Le Marche. We hope you will feel inspired to join us for it.

Aubergine Involtini, Chestnut flour Papardelle with creamy Porcini, whole roasted chicken with wild mushrooms and Marsala wine, lemon and garlic roasted potatoes, Zabaglione with last of the summer fruits.

Full recipe packs are of course also included.

Please note that we are found at the end of Purbeck Road, off Hills Road, where you turn left in front of Abbey college to access our enclave. We have next to no parking on site and we recommend the Leisure Centre for guaranteed parking less than 10 min walk away.
