The café is much loved for its cinnamon buns, open rye sandwiches, Laxpudding and other Scandic favourites of chef and owner Tine Roche’s. Due to popular demand, as the saying goes, in this class Tine shares a selection of her best loved recipes from Denmark and Sweden. We will make:
