Seasonal Bread - Saturday class

Join us for a wonderful seasonal class focusing on some of the most delicious breads of Europe. We we will make a French Pain d’épice,  Swedish  saffron plat, a magnificent German Stollen and a Norwegian Julekake.

All breads are perfect for freezing, ready to be enjoyed over the holidays. All guests make one whole bread of each – no sharing, all hands on!

The class starts with fresh bread, tea and coffee and includes a light lunch with more lovely bread. Full recipes are of course also included.

We are found at the very end of Purbeck Road (off Hills Rd by the sixth form centre) where you turn left by Abbey college and then carry straight on for about 60m to the white awnings you will see ahead.

Please note that there is very limited parking on site. We recommend the multi storey at the Leisure Centre less than 10min walk away or the Babraham Park & Ride which stops on Hills Road, very close to Purbeck Rd.
