Cambridge Cookery operates culinary tours in parts of Italy and Scandinavia that we know and love.

These boutique, small-group trips provide an opportunity to visit a home away from home and learn about local culinary traditions, ingredients and dishes. Join us on a tour to the mountainous and breathtakingly beautiful Marche region of Italy where we explore the exquisite local wines and produce. In Stockholm, Sweden, which we know like the back of our own hand, we dive deep into indigenous traditions such as foraging for wild mushrooms and baking in wood fired ovens, and of course, enjoying “Fika”!

We have a programme of trips organised throughout the year, or why not let us organise a bespoke trip for you and your friends, or for your most important clients, at a time of your choice? The destination and programme can be tailored for your group.

We have had a really positive response to our  culinary trips over the last few years and we have a great line of trips organised for 2019:

To register your interest in any of our trips, please send us an email. Details of each trip’s itinerary may be subject to minor changes. We will inform you if this occurs.

“We tasted Acacia honey and deep fried Acacia flowers as guests of the Paci family who set up a spread in the shade under the gazebo, all 3 generations of the family in attendance and everything of their own production, from the wine to the artichokes, wild asparagus and the Crostata made with their own jams. Their friendliness and warmth made us feel like old friends.”

“You make everything seem so effortless and seamless as the group drifts from one great activity to the next which is is even better than the last. It is obvious how much work goes into researching all the best places to visit so that when guests join the trip, absolutely every moment is spent doing something truly great.”
