We hand make everything daily, including all our breads, cakes and pastries. We source our ingredients from local, organic producers including Audley End House and Prospect Farm.

Sour dough

We bake our sourdough using organic white and rye flour from Fosters windmill at Swaffham Prior, between Cambridge and Newmarket. Any two accompaniments included. Additional toppings 2.75 each
  • 2 Bury St Edmunds, truly free range eggs; scrambled, poached or fried
  • Smoked Hampshire Chalk Stream Trout from sustainable stock (like smoked salmon but better)
  • Avocado (comes with a smattering of fresh red chilli. Please tell us if you prefer it without)
