On Friday and Saturday evenings, Michelin star chef Mark Poynton joins us. Offering two distinctly different concepts: a choice of 3-course à la carte for £40 or 5 courses for £50 on Fridays and a tasting menu for £55 on Saturdays.Guests are seated next to Mark, in an open, 'chef's table' and are able to watch him work and ask him those all important questions!
