Following the success of Javier’s previous guest spiels, the talented London based, Spanish-born Patissier is back with a new pre-master class of high end, classic French patisserie methods for the ambitious home baker.
This class covers the making of such classics as Frasier and Opera Gateaux from the top tier of classic patisserie making.
The recipes, which are all made doable in Javier’s competent hands and wonderful calm tuition, include learning how to make Vanilla Genoise, Crème Mousseline, French Butter Cream and Chocolate Ganache.
Javier normally runs worshops for Divertimenti Cookery School in London and is in high demand for private client work. Javier’s master classes offer unrivalled opportunity for ambitious bakers to learn from a master and sheer heaven for those who simply love baking and fancy the idea of stretching themselves a little.
We start with coffee and cake and finish off with a well deserved glass of Prosecco before guests depart with their own cakes made in the class. Full recipe pack is, as always, included.
Please note that we have limited parking on site. You will all depart with cake boxes containing these delicate cakes so arranging to be dropped off our picked up, or securing parking nearby, is recommended.
