A wonderful activity for (grand)parents and children/teens, resulting in an impressive Panettone to bring home for the festive season and some magnificent mince pies.

Includes sparkling wine, soft drinks and lots of goodies to take home, all which freezes very well.

£120 for 2, £50 per additional child (max one extra child per adult)

Accompanying adults and siblings not doing the class can enjoy coffee, cinnamon buns and the “hygge” in our café.

We are found at the very end of Purbeck Road (off Hills Rd by the sixth form centre) where you turn left by Abbey college and then carry straight on for about 60m to the white awnings you will see ahead.

Enjoy a wonderful half term morning baking together under the tutelage of our friendly master bakers.

This class includes a platted rye mix bread, Brioches – plain or chocolate – and French sweet Baguettes Viennoise, perfect for dunking in your breakfast Hot Chocolate or Café au Lait.

Leave with a bag of your freshly made goodies and if you like, stay for lunch in the Café.

When you book you will see two ticket options/prices. One admits 2, i.e. one adult and one child, the other an additional child.

The art of mixing, rolling, cutting and filling fresh pasta is perfect for children. Hands-on, straight forward and resulting in perfect pasta every time.

This class also teaches children how to make quick, healthy vegetable sauces to go with the pasta.

The class culminates in a quick sit down meal and there may be some pasta to take home – it depends on appetites.

Parents can enjoy our free wifi, coffee, cake, brunch and lunch when dropping off and if picking up early.

April showers or warm sunshine, what better way to spend one of the Easter Holiday mornings than baking together?  Hot Cross Buns and daffodil-yellow Saffron plats gives great insight in baking well with fresh yeast, and results in bags ready for the freezer and Easter.

Parents are welcome to enjoy our free wifi, coffee and hand made Croissants in our café while you wait, and/or have some lunch with your child after the class.

We have very limited parking on site and recommend thenearby Lesiure Park multi storey parking.

Who doesn’t like a curry – especially one that is home made from scratch!

For this fragrant class we will work together on making a fairly simple Laksa, a slightly more complex Dhal and a full-on hand pounded and dry roasted spice mix for the delicious Massaman curry.

Why not arrive early and have lunch here before the class. We hand make all our breads and pastries and serve fantastic healthy and delicious dishes from Pancakes to Eggs, salads and soups.
